Juries and judges make mistakes that can result in improper verdicts that can be corrected on appeal to a higher court. We are experienced in the appeal of cases in both the state and federal courts, and our successes include matters in which legal precedents have been established, and matters of first impression decided, in conjunction with overturning the trial court judgment. Since we appear in the trial courts as well as the appellate courts, we are consequently effective at evaluating the trial record and advising a client, or prospective client, in conjunction with the decision of whether to appeal a case.
